Kenneth Tsang is an occasional homebrewer, part-time homebrew instructor, and full-time beer enthusiast at Young Master Ales. He started drinking craft beer when he was of age and quickly joined HK Brewcraft, one of the most recognized bottle shop and homebrew store in Hong Kong. Since then, he became a Recognized BJCP Judge and Cicerone Beer Server, and joined the Young Master team to further develop his knowledge and experience.
