Sylvester’s love for liquids started with cider, and it wasn’t long before he became an enthusiastic member of the craft beer movement. With qualifications in hospitality and a huge passion for alcohol, he worked for Smith Street Taps and Young Master Ales, before moving to his current position as Group Manager for Mikkeller Bangkok. When not working, he likes checking out boozy F&B establishments that are cat friendly for Nala, his adopted alley cat. A frequent traveller to international beer festivals and breweries, Sylvester also assists his wife in lifestyle website City Nomads and The Bar Awards.
