Trained as a food scientist and brewer, Lan-xin has been in the craft brewing industry for 7 years. Formerly of Mikkeller and Warpigs in Copenhagen, Denmark. Currently heading up the pilot plant breweries at Great Leap Brewing in China and continuing to do what she loves – innovating unique beers and pushing the boundaries of what beer can be.
